DMWSC celebrated children’s day with the indigenous children from its project areas in order to increase awareness about child rights and their welfare. The welfare of the children cannot be separated from the prevailing perspective of families and societies. Strengthening families and communities through capacity building is a preventive community intervention that empowers children. An impressive number of families from Hansqua took part in the programme and supported the cause and the credit goes to the staff for bringing them under one roof, children took part with much zeal and enthusiasm and made the event memorable.
DMWSC is a non-profit organization to fosters woman and child-friendly communities and develops a pragmatic and sustainable approach to all development initiatives.
