Collective Voice
The project fills gaps in the chain of service delivery through an extensive network and outreach. Promotes education, protection, health and nutrition of the poor and needy.
Skill Development
It provides after school tuition classes for children from concentrated poverty areas in Champasari and computer classes for youths from closed tea gardens in Panighatta.
Ethical Enterprise Initiatives for Youths - Panighatta Sewing
The project is to empower women and their families by giving them the opportunity to use their skills to rise out of poverty and work towards a promising future for themselves and their families.
Ethical Enterprise Initiatives for Youths - Sukna Jute
It is a vocational training based project that works towards developing sustainable livelihood for young girls in the tea gardens and reducing the need for them to leave home through unsafe migration and providing necessary income for girls to remain in school.
Safe Migration
Through this project we ensure child and women friendly environment in tea gardens.
Legal Aid
To provide legal assistance, access to justice for poor/marginalised citizens and undertake legal awareness campaigns.
DMWSC is a non-profit organization to fosters woman and child-friendly communities and develops a pragmatic and sustainable approach to all development initiatives.
