Under Project Utthaan, the International Day of Persons with Disabilities was observed on 5th December 2025 at Atal Tea Estate Community Hall with 52 participants, featuring sensitization sessions led by project staff and resource person Ms. Rita Sengupta from Prerna Institute, Siliguri (Salugara) on disability rights, inclusion, and community support.
