Darjeeling Mary Ward Social Centre under its Safe Migration and Utthan Projects observed World Day Against Trafficking in Persons through an awareness program at Bagdogra Traffic Park and a rally from Panighatta More to Bihar More. Around 200 youths from 14 tea estates participated along with stakeholders including AHTU, SSB, Bagdogra Police, KUK, and Trinity India Trust. The event featured a powerful street play, a rally with placards and slogans, and cultural performances, highlighting the urgency of combating human trafficking.
